Occupational health and safety

At BÜFA, the well-being of our employees is our top priority, and we pay particular attention to holistic health management and safety in the workplace. For us, the well-being of our employees is essential for productive and positive collaboration. To support this, BÜFA has developed comprehensive programmes and initiatives aimed at promoting both the physical and mental health of employees.

Security for customers

The Tricura Academy, a subsidiary of BÜFA, offers targeted training courses for pool operators. Courses cover pool technology, water treatment and legally required safety instructions. Participants receive practical insights, recommendations for action and a certificate. There are also information events on pool technology, safety and energy-saving topics. Tricura has been promoting safety among our customers with the Tricura Academy every year since 2017 - with the exception of a break due to coronavirus.

Training and further education

BÜFA promotes the development of its employees through personnel development, lifelong learning and individual support measures such as coaching and AI-supported team development. New employees are integrated through mentoring and targeted induction programmes. Trainees benefit from familiarisation days, workshops, support with additional qualifications and practical experience in the trainee company.
