BÜFA welcomed 13 new trainees and annual interns on Thursday, August 1, 2022. The trainers welcomed the new colleagues to the hallig.hanken coworking space in the old BÜFA glass hall in Oldenburg. The new trainees had the opportunity to get to know each other and some of their colleagues at a packed welcome day in June. On the first day of training, the new recruits were given an overview of the internationally active BÜFA Group and then started with their trainers in their respective teams at the various locations.
BÜFA is currently training 40 young people at its sites in Oldenburg, Hude and Rastede and in cooperation with the company Plixxent in Oldenburg. In eleven professions in the laboratory, production, logistics, digital and commercial areas, the trainees receive multi-award-winning, versatile and future-oriented training.
Special highlights of the training at BÜFA include the trainee company www.gruene-tierwelt.de, where the trainees run their own online store, and a comprehensive 10-day workshop on the North Sea island of Juist. Here, the coaches provide the prospective specialists with important tools for their future (professional) life through creative project work and experiential sports activities. They also get flying lessons in motor gliders and gain a completely new perspective - on the North Sea islands, but also on their previous experiences.
